Parent & Player Guide

Arrive ready.
Know what comes next.

A useful training experience starts with clear arrangements between the player, family and coach. This guide explains what to expect as Training Ground Academy prepares its planned January opening.

Registration is not open. Final session instructions and reviewed documents will be provided before booking.

Before you book

The details
should be clear.

Review the program, coach, age suitability, session time, field and price before agreeing to a booking. Training Ground Academy will provide the approved intake and documents through the designated process.

Know the session

Confirm where to go, when to arrive, how long the session lasts and which coach is assigned.

Review the documents

Read the applicable waiver, safety information and booking terms when the approved versions are supplied. This guide does not replace them.

Confirm the practical plan

Check arrival, pickup and weather arrangements. Final cancellation rules will be supplied before booking; no refund terms are established by this page.

Getting ready

Bring the essentials.
Follow the session instructions.

Use the final instructions for the confirmed field and program. Ask the coach about any equipment questions before the session.

01

Water and training clothing

Bring drinking water and clothing suitable for the weather and activity.

02

Appropriate soccer equipment

Confirm the footwear and protective equipment required for the surface and session. Goalkeepers should ask what specialist equipment to bring.

03

A clear arrival and pickup plan

A parent or guardian should confirm the authorized pickup arrangements and the designated contact before leaving the player.

Information and communication

Share what helps.
Use the right place.

Use the public contact page for ordinary training questions and broad development goals. Provide relevant health information, emergency contacts and pickup details only through an approved private intake when that process is available.

If something changes before a confirmed session, tell Training Ground Academy through the designated communication route. Let the coach know promptly if the player feels unwell, is injured or has a concern during training.

In an emergency, call 911.

The website contact form is not an emergency or confidential reporting service. For immediate danger or an urgent medical situation, call 911. Use the contact page for ordinary questions about the training program.
