Training Ground Academy ยท Coach interest

Bring your specialty.
Build with care.

Training Ground Academy is preparing a coaching team for on-field training planned to begin January 4, 2027. Start with your specialty, broad availability and professional approach.

An expression of interest is not employment, a contract, a coaching assignment or clearance approval. All required reviews remain separate.

Before a coaching assignment

A clear process.
A prepared coach.

Training Ground Academy must review the appropriate work arrangement and confirm the required onboarding steps before a coach works with players. No employment or contractor model is assumed by this form.

01

Professional fit

Discuss the specialty, relevant experience, suitable player groups, availability and proposed role.

02

Private review

Required identity and background reviews, youth-safety training, worker classification and agreements are checked through a designated private process.

03

Session readiness

Confirm current requirements, review dates, coaching expectations, emergency procedures and the approved training setting before an assignment.

Submitting this form does not mark any onboarding or safety gate complete. Documents, clearance records and review decisions remain private.

your approach.
